GENERAL SANTOS CITY (16 December 2013) - The “Paskuhan sa City Hall" initiated by City Mayor Ronnel Rivera extends its celebration to various churches holding early morning mass or "Simbang Gabi" by giving free "kakanin" and coffee to the early church goers Monday 16. In Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage parish, attendees of the “Simbang Gabi” were happy and suprised by the service of the local government of General Santos City, in which most said that the free food is a first time treat during the holidays.
