Frobelle Khan Balleque, HR Manager of Brigada Mass Media Corporation; Elmer Catulpos, president of Brigada Mass Media Corporation; and City Mayor Ronnel Rivera sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the installation of closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras throughout General Santos City as eye-in-the-sky.
