GENERAL SANTOS CITY (01 August 2013) - Preschool pupils from Building Blocks Learning Center (BBLC) get a chance to meet City Mayor Ronnel Rivera Tuesday, July 30. The school which advocates learners' awareness to community places is a regular visitor at City Hall but this is the first time for BBLC kids to meet the city's chief executive.
