GENERAL SANTOS CITY (08 December 2013) - Executive Assistant Franco Pepito speaks in behalf of City Mayor Ronnel Rivera regarding the prioritization of children's welfare and children's right in the current city administration during the Children's Congress at Stratford International School Friday, December 6. Pepito explained that in the CLEAN Gensan platform (Creating a Livable Environment for All towards Nation Building) of Mayor Rivera, programs that render accessible health services and educational services are being initiated. One of these is the AKLAT program (Alay sa Kabataang Generals Lahat ng Alaga at Talino) which supports Early Childhood Care and Development initiative in preschools.
