GENERAL SANTOS CITY (1 October 2013) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera (2nd from right) and Supreme Court Associate Justice Mariano del Castillo (3rd from right) witness the promulgation of decision of Regional Trial Court Executive Judge Oscar Noel Jr. freeing seven Indonesian nationals from detention during the Enhanced Justice on Wheels (EJOW) at City Jail Grounds in sitio Lanton on September 26.
