GENERAL SANTOS CITY (1 October 2013) - A glimpse of hope opens for inmates at General Santos City Jail in sitio Lanton with the Enhanced Justice on Wheels (EJOW) program of the Supreme Court which was pursued by City Mayor Ronnel Rivera. Cases of more than 100 inmates were heard on September 26, giving the inmates a chance of having speedy resolution of cases. (GENSAN INFO OFFICE/Russell Delvo)
