GENERAL SANTOS CITY (1 October 2013) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera welcomes guests from the Supreme Court, Regional Trial Court, Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Public Attorney’s Office and prosecutors to his Enhanced Justice on Wheels (EJOW) program held at City Jail Grounds in sitio Lanton, Barangay Apopong on September 26. Spearheaded by the City Legal Office under Atty. Arman Clarin, the EJOW is an initiative pursued by Mayor Rivera to bring free legal services closer to the people of the city.
