GENERAL SANTOS CITY (4 September 2013) - As Tuna Festival 2013 draws near, head organizer Engr. Edwin Maliwat, City Councilor Shandee Llido Pestano and City Administrator Atty. Arnel Zapatos called a press conference Tuesday, September 3, to disseminate last minute changes regarding the celebration. They also highlighted the security measures being planned to ensure the safety of Tuna Fest revelers and participants throughout its duration.
