GENERAL SANTOS CITY (9 November 2013) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera, City Administrator Arnel A. Zapatos and key officers of City Social Welfare and Development Office plan for the implementation of AKLAT-ECCDI or Alay sa Kabataan Lahat ng Alaga at Talino-Early Childhood Care Development Initiative on November 5. According to Atty. Zapatos, by 2018, the AKLAT-ECCDI will target to bring universal access to quality early childhood development program to all barangay day care centers in GenSan.
