GENERAL SANTOS CITY (25 August 2013) - The First Education Summit in GenSan underscores the signing of Pledge of Commitment for the Education For All (EFA) goal in 2015 championed by City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and Schools Superintendent Diosdado Ablanido, CPA.
