GENERAL SANTOS CITY (20 September 2013) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera distributes PhilHealth cards to beneficiaries Friday, September 13, at Lagao gymnasium. A total of 3,409 cards were distributed to indigent constituents during the distribution. In his speech, the mayor affirmed that PhilHealth beneficiaries will be doubled next year.
