GENERAL SANTOS CITY (31 August 2013) – Residents mingle with City Mayor Ronnel Rivera in the first "Barangayan" held Friday, August 30, in barangay Fatima. The mayor intends to partner with the barangay in the delivery of his social agenda in order to bring City Hall services closer to the people. During the Barangayan, Rivera attended to the concerns of the residents and assured them that his administration is working to alleviate the standard of living in the city with additional services from City Hall in partnership with the barangay.
