GENERAL SANTOS CITY (15 August 2013) – Director Edna N. Mahinay of Civil Service Commission (CSC) SarGen discloses that the Local Government Unit (LGU) of GenSan is the first city to celebrate the anniversary of Philippine Civil Service in the region Monday, August 12. Simultaneous with the CSC anniversary, City Hall also held its Inter-Department Employees' Palaro 2013 which Mahinay commended for its dynamic role in developing solidarity among local employees.
