GENERAL SANTOS CITY- (7 September 2013) - Gigantic tuna replicas in iridescent colors and carnival lights parade along the streets of General Santos during the Tuna Festival Float Parade Competition Thursday, September 5. The SM Mall of GenSan tuna float won first place followed by TSI Industry and Mlhuillier in second and third, respectively, among nine competitors.
