GENERAL SANTOS CITY (4 September 2013) - The temporary usage of the multi-purpose hall at GenSan public market was forged with a MOA-signing Saturday, August 31, by City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and the GSC Government Employees Association (GSCGEA). The multi-purpose hall will be utilized as an external outpost of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, a part of the Mayor Revitalizes Community Resources (MRCR) project by Mayor Rivera.
