GENERAL SANTOS CITY (20 September 2013) - A "Kasalan sa Barangay" held at San Jose Elementary School in Barangay San Jose Tuesday, September 17, had 21 couples officially married as solemnized by City Mayor Ronnel Rivera. The mayor advised the newly-weds that "marriage is a serious matter but has a gradual gratification". The "Kasalan" was arranged by the Local Civil Registrar with the City Population Management Office and City Social Welfare and Development Office. (GENSAN INFO OFFICE/Russell Delvo)
