GENERAL SANTOS CITY (20 September 2013) - Couple Rosma Tobong and Boy Lagante, after 13 years of living together, finally got their civil wedding solemnized by City Mayor Ronnel Rivera during the "Kasalan sa Barangay" Tuesday, September 17, at San Jose Elementary School in Barangay San Jose. The mass wedding was organized by the Local Civil Registrar in cooperation with the City Population Management Office and City Social Welfare and Development Office.
