GENERAL SANTOS CITY (15 August 2013) - Senior urban infrastructure/environmental engineer Massimo Petrone (center) from Cities Development Initiative in Asia (CDIA) demonstrates the proposed LED streetlight to City Mayor Ronnel Rivera on August 7. The proposal complemented the pursuit of Rivera to efficiency over cost as his administration banners "Clean GenSan" project which means “Creating a Liveable Environment for All and the Nation in Gensan”.
