Naval officers at City Hall

GENERAL SANTOS CITY (03 August 2013) – Commodore Antonio Habulan (right), commander of Naval Forces Eastern Mindanao stationed in Camp Panacan, Davao City, and his officers pay a courtesy call to City Mayor Ronnel Rivera Wednesday, July 31.
