GENERAL SANTOS CITY (20 September 2013) - During the release of cash-for-work assistance by the City Social Welfare and Development Office and Department of Social Welfare and Development Region 12 at Bula Gymnasium Tuesday, September 17, City Mayor Ronnel Rivera assured everyone that the city budget will not be misused by "any means" or by "any persons".
