GENERAL SANTOS CITY (26 November 2013) - Department of Interior and Local Government OIC-City Director Rimilin Sandoval, City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and City Administrator Arnel A. Zapatos conduct an orientation for incumbent and incoming barangay captains on November 19. Mayor Rivera disclosed that he wants to create synergy among barangay leaders regardless of political affiliations by serving the constituents of the city under his "CLEAN Gensan" platform (Creating a Livable Environment for All Generals Towards Nation Building".
