GENERAL SANTOS CITY (26 November 2013) - Refugees from Tacloban City and other places in Eastern Visayas region displaced by typhoon Yolanda undergo a stress debriefing by the City Social Welfare and Development Office Friday, November 22, at the Oval Plaza Covered Court where the "MRCR Shares" (Manage, Respond, Contain, Rehabilitate) relief operation program of City Mayor Ronnel Rivera is taking place. The victims, though still reeling from the aftermath of the typhoon, are grateful for the shelter and supplies the city of General Santos has provided. (GENSAN INFO OFFICE/Russell Delvo)
