GENERAL SANTOS CITY (20 December 2013) – The Sarif Mucsin Elementary School in Barangay Buayan receives a Christmas gift from City Mayor Ronnel Rivera, RD Foundation and RCR Foundation Wednesday, December 18, in the form of simultaneous PTA and armchair donations.
