GENERAL SANTOS CITY (9 November 2013) - Committee on Transportation chair City Councilor Arturo Cloma, vice chair City Councilor Dominador Lagare III, Transportation Management Office (TRANSCO) and key transport stakeholders convene Thursday, November 7, for the preparation of the coming of the League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP) this November 18. Matters regarding transport consultancy planning and development with the LCP were discussed. City Mayor Ronnel Rivera has been seeking to improve the transportation system of the city.
