GENERAL SANTOS CITY (26 November 2013) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera, City Administrator Arnel Zapatos and Sangguniang Panlungsod Transport Committee Chairman Arturo Cloma confer with various transport group leaders on November 18. Rivera told them the League of Cities of the Philippines has already signed the Memorandum of Agreement for the Traffic and Transport Management to improve the transportation system of the city.
