GENERAL SANTOS CITY (08 December 2013) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera treats some Badjao streetchildren in a food stall inside the flea market at Oval Plaza grounds during the soft opening of the Paskuhan sa Gensan 2013 Friday, December 6.
