GENERAL SANTOS CITY (08 December 2013) - While strolling during the soft opening of Paskuhan sa Gensan 2013 Friday, December 6, City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and his wife Jane Rivera decided to take a mini-roller coaster ride inside the carnival along with Councilors Shandee Llido Pestano and Dominador Lagare III. After the ride, the first couple said they have really missed going to carnivals and other recreations, especially now that they have dedicated themselves to public service.
