GENERAL SANTOS CITY (08 December 2013) - GenSan Tourism Council chair and First Lady Jane Rivera, City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and City Councilors Dominador Lagare III and Shandee Llido Pestano lead the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of the flea market at Oval Plaza Grounds Friday, December 6.
