GENERAL SANTOS CITY (9 October 2013) - City Mayor Ronnel Rivera discusses with local leaders of Barangay Bula their concerns and necessities during a barangayan on October 3. Rivera also brought all City hall department heads to attend to the local leaders’ queries. Mayor Rivera initiated the Barangayan to deliver government services closer to the people.
