GENERAL SANTOS CITY (31 August 2013) - City councilors Jeng Gacal and Dominador Lagare officiate the blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony of General Santos City Government Employees Multipurpose Cooperative (GSCGEMC) Building at the City Hall Compound Tuesday, August 27.
