GENERAL SANTOS CITY (31 August 2013) - Another batch of 2,023 beneficiaries from the 26 barangays of GenSan receive their Family Health Card (PHIC Card) initiated by PHILHEATH and City Social Welfare Development Office Tuesday, August 27.
