GENERAL SANTOS CITY (31 October 2013) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera attends the turnover of command of 10th Infantry Division Joint Task Force (JTF) Barracuda held at JTF Compound in Barangay Bula Wednesday, October 30. The outgoing commander, Col. Victor Tan, was replaced by Col. Rolando Joselito Bautista from the 7th Infantry Division. Col. Bautista assured that he will work hard under Rivera's administration to make sure the peace and order condition in GenSan is stable. In response, the mayor disclosed that the Sangguniang Panglungsod is currently working on the augmentation of the task force’s budget. (GENSAN INFO OFFICE/Russell Delvo)
