GENERAL SANTOS CITY (23 October 2013) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera attends the blessing of the newly-furnished Barangay Hall of Calumpang recently. In his speech, Rivera expressed the bliss of spending time as city mayor with the constituents and public servants of his home barangay.
