GENERAL SANTOS CITY (31 October 2013) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera reconciles DACVILLE Phase 1 Homeowners Association members who have been divided into two factions causing delays on the taking out of land ownership. Mayor Rivera, City Legal Officer Atty. Arman Clarin and City Administrator Atty. Arnel Zapatos presented on Wednesday, October 30, legal actions and interventions to create a "win-win" solution for the two opposing groups in which they both accepted.
