GENERAL SANTOS CITY (07 December 2013) –The mass wedding of eleven couples is solemnized by City Mayor Ronnel Rivera in a ceremony at the City Mayor's Office Friday, December 6. Newly-wed couples Regin Modequillo and Margie Saludo were delighted that the city mayor himself legalized their marriage.
