GENERAL SANTOS CITY (23 December 2013) - GenSan's First Lady Jane Rivera leads her family members in giving gifts to the elderly of St. Vincent Smardin Home for the Aged in Barangay City Heights during the Christmas party of City Hall’s department heads and assistant department heads there Friday, December 20.
