GENERAL SANTOS CITY (23 December 2013) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera’s children Ronnie Rivera (in blue shirt), Raffy Rivera (in white shirt) and Veronica Rivera (in pink sleeveless) share their blessings to the children in need of special protection under the custody of the City Social Welfare Development Office (CSWDO) during the Christmas party of City Hall on December 19 at Oval Gymnasium. Mayor Rivera has always taught his kids the value of public service by helping the needy and unfortunate people of the city.
