GENERAL SANTOS CITY (28 February 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and wife Jane Gollon Rivera pay tribute at the monument of General Paulino Santos during the Cadena de Amor event Thursday, February 27. The police also gave a 21-gun salute to honor not only General Paulino Santos but his wife Elisa Santos and the rest of the pioneers who contributed to the growth of the city.
