GENERAL SANTOS CITY (11 April 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera officiates the wedding of 24 couples from Barangay Bawing Thursday, April 10. Before their marriages were solemnized, Mayor Rivera informed the couples that the civil wedding will legalize them in the eyes of the law, thus qualifying them to avail of government services for the family.
