GENERAL SANTOS CITY (28 February 2014) - Two performing arts groups from Kiamba, Sarangani Province bagged top places in the "Kadsagayan sa Buyang: Street Dance Competition" during the last day of Kalilangan 2014 Thursday, February 27. The James L. Chiongbian National Trade School (formerly Kling National High School) and JBT Caing Elementary School of Kiamba earned the first and third places, respectively. General Santos City School of Arts and Trade took 2nd place. City Mayor Ronnel Rivera with Kalilangan director Atty.
