GENERAL SANTOS CITY (27 February 2014) - Through the three-day training and orientation of the General Santos City Police Office, 37 new "force multipliers" or barangay police are added to the peace keeping force of Barangay Olympog and Barangay Conel. During their commencement ceremony Wednesday, February 26, at Barangay Olympog, City Mayor Ronnel Rivera emphasized how crucial their roles as barangay police are to keep the safety of the public uncompromised against all threats.
