GENERAL SANTOS CITY (01 April 2014) - To celebrate the signing of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) on Thursday, March 27, different stakeholders in the city simultaneously release doves that signify the start for a lasting peace in Mindanao. Some of these stakeholders are Col. Paterno Morales, 1002nd Infantry Brigade commander (extreme right); PSSUPT Manolito Labador, Deputy Regional Director for Administration (3rd from right); Atty. Abdurrahman Canacan, Mindanao State University-General Santos City chancellor (4th from right); Fr. Angelo Buenavidez, SOCSKSARGEN Peace Network convenor (6th from right); Col.
