GENERAL SANTOS CITY (04 April 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera welcomes Senator Cynthia Villar after the latter visited the City Public Library Thursday, April 03. Senator Villar toured the library which was refurbished with the help of a P2 million assistance fund from former Sen. Manny Villar and through the support of Mayor Rivera. Sen.
