GENERAL SANTOS CITY (11 April 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera congratulates the newly-elected officials of Barangay Health Workers in Gensan Association Inc. (BHWGAI) who took their oath of office before the mayor Thursday, April 10, at the Family Country Hotel.
