GENERAL SANTOS CITY (20 March 2014) – Members of the Association of Purok Chairmen of Barangay Fatima pose with City Mayor Ronnel Rivera Tuesday, March 18, at the City Mayor's Office after taking their oath of office before the mayor. During the induction, Mayor Rivera told the 24 purok chairpersons to be empowered while performing their responsibilities to their constituents.
