GENERAL SANTOS CITY (01 April 2014) - City Administrator Arnel Zapatos talks about the CLEAN GenSan (Creating a Livable Environment for All Generals towards Nation-building) banner program of City Mayor Ronnel Rivera before the city's health stakeholders during the 1st Health Sanitation Consultative Forum at Sarangani Highlands on March 20. In line with CLEAN GenSan, Zapatos emphasized that for the sanitation program to be implemented successfully, they must operate in partnership and in synergy with the city government which prioritizes such areas.
