GENERAL SANTOS CITY (15 March 2014) - Philippine Navy reservist and City Mayor Ronnel Rivera congratulates 508 cadets of Mindanao Polytechnic College (MPC) who successfully finished the Basic and Advance Naval Reserve Training Thursday, March 13, of their Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) course. Mayor Rivera told the cadets that the essence of being a Navy reservist is to exercise patriotism and civic responsibility to the country. He also encouraged them to take part in his CLEAN GenSan (Creating a Livable Environment for All Generals towards Nation-building) program by being responsible and civic-minded constituents of General Santos City.
