GENERAL SANTOS CITY (26 February 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera joins the indigenous people (IP) celebration of "Kastifun: A Day for Indigenous People" at the Kalilangan 2014 Wednesday, February 26. Albeit it is not the first time for Kalilangan to hold the event, it is still the first for Kastifun to have GenSan's city mayor as witness to their occasion.
