Trained FRAME Savers get cash incentives


GENERAL SANTOS CITY (21 February 2014) – Some 932 members of Family Resource Allocation Management and Enhancement (FRAME) Savers who participated in the week-long Social-Economic Transformation Group Leaders and Treasurers (SET-G) Leadership and Disaster Preparedness Training receive their two-day cash-for-work allowance from the City Social Welfare and Development Office Thursday, February 20. City Mayor Ronnel Rivera and Rep. Pedro Acharon handed the incentives to the elated FRAME Savers.
