GENERAL SANTOS CITY (28 February 2014) – City Mayor Ronnel Rivera speaks to the crowd at the first Mindanao Wide Battle of the Bands Competition Wednesday, February 26, at Oval Plaza. Mayor Rivera thanked the crowd for participating in the events of Kalilangan 2014, thus making it a lively festivity. Rivera cited Sarangani Rep. Manny Pacquiao for coordinating with the city government in spearheading the band competition.
